Contest Guidelines
As part of the celebration of the Month of Indigenous Peoples, Openbaar Lichaam Bonaire, BONAI, Jong Bonaire and Oliver Antczak are proud to organize the Art Contest "Celebrating Bonaire’s Indigenous History and Culture”. We invite all young Bonaire artists to express their creativity and inspiration around Bonaire's Indigenous history and culture with a painting and share it with a jury of notable Bonaire cultural professionals.
Each participant will receive a diploma of recognition for their intervention, but on the 11th of November 2023, three prizes will be handed out for the best paintings at an event at Jong Bonaire where an exhibition will also open with a selection of submitted paintings.
